Online Banking Conversion FAQ

Welcome!

We are quite excited to roll out our new easy-to-use Online Banking Platform and Mobile App and hope that you will enjoy and take advantage of the additional features and functionality!

We appreciate your patience during this transition and as always thank you for a being a member.

Please Note: There will be no access to Online Banking or the Mobile App on Tuesday, August 22. There will be no access to the Bill Pay Menu as of Friday, August 18 at 4pm until the morning of Wednesday, August 23.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I use for my member name and password the first time I log into this new online banking platform?
Your username will be your member number (same as what you have used in the past) and your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to create a new username and password.

Will I still be able to pay bills online?
The Bill Pay feature will not be available from Friday, August 18 at 4pm until Wednesday, August 23 so please plan accordingly.

Will I be able to schedule transfers within Online Banking?
You will not be able to schedule transfers between August 16 – August 22. You will also have the ability to do immediate transfers.

Will I be able to schedule payments from the Bill Pay menu within Online Banking?
You will not be able to schedule bill payments from Friday, August 18 at 4pm until Wednesday, August 23 but any bill pays that are scheduled before end of day on the 18th will be honored.

Will I be able to view my eStatements?
Yes, you will be able to view your eStatements until Monday, August 21. You will then be able to view them again on Wednesday, August 23 (when the conversion has been completed).

Will I lose my archived eStatements?
No, you will not lose any of your archived eStatements.

Will I have to download a new mobile app on Wednesday?
Yes, you will and you will like what you see! The new mobile app will be available for download on August 23rd by noon.

What if I have never registered for Online Banking?
You can click on the Register Here link from the Online Banking log-in screen and you will be walked through the steps.

Will I still be able to order checks?
Yes you will be able to order checks until end of day on Monday, August 21st and once again starting on Wednesday, August 23.

Will I have access to my credit card(s) within Online Banking?
Yes, you will have access until end of day on Monday, August 21 and starting again on Wednesday morning, August 23.
