Telephone Banking

It’s 10:30pm, you’re balancing your checkbook, and you want to find out if a check has cleared. Well, you can find out by calling the telephone banking line, our free 24-hour telephone service that can be accessed any time day or night. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your member number, and your confidential PIN to access your accounts.

Instant Information:

You’ll have your account information at your fingertips. Simply follow the verbal prompts to transfer funds, make loan payments, verify deposits and withdrawals, check your account balances, and request a check withdrawal.

Rate Information:

Call the telephone banking line to get the latest savings or loan rates. Plus, determine a loan payment based on the amount and terms you select with just a phone call!

Using Telephone Banking:

Dial 781-306-0509 or if you are outside the local area dial 1-866-236-6728. Listen to the options and make your choice. You will be prompted to enter your Member ID and PIN. Please check your statement if you do not know this number. If you do not have a PIN, you will need to contact a Member Service Representative at 781-905-1500 and we will assign one to you. Once you are logged in, you can access your accounts, perform transactions, and more!
