VISA Debit Card
The VISA® Debit card is accepted just like a credit card wherever the VISA logo is displayed. Instead of using credit or writing a check, you can use this convenient debit card and the funds will be automatically withdrawn from your Members Plus checking account. In addition to a monthly statement, all of your transactions are recorded real-time online. Just log into Members Plus Online Banking and review your transactions.
The VISA Debit card also acts as your ATM card and is accepted at any NYCE or Cirrus location. You may access both your savings and checking accounts at ATMs around the globe.

Auto Update Service:
Please note that when your credit card or debit card expires, or is lost or stolen, new cards are issued. There is a service that may update relevant card data (card numbers and expiration dates) to appropriate merchants in order to facilitate uninterrupted processing of your recurring or account-on-file transactions. This service is provided as a free benefit to you to enable the processing of your payments. You may opt out of this service at any time. But, by opting out you will be required to notify your individual vendors in the event that your credit card is updated/replaced.
Debit Card Fraud:
Due to increased activity of debit card fraud and to protect our members, Members Plus has blocked the use of the Visa® Debit Card in the following countries/states/retail businesses: Romania, Spain, PacSun (business located in CA), All Stop and Shop grocery stores (in New Jersey only), China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Honduras, India, Korea (internet only), Maryland, Qatar, South Africa.
As of Monday, 5/30/17, the Visa® Debit Card is blocked at all PNC Bank ATM machines located in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
If you need to use your VISA® Debit Card in these “blocked” areas, please contact the Credit Union at 781-905-1500 to obtain an “unblock” in a particular area.
