BillPay Updates
Setting up “Payment Frequency” on your desktop:
- Click on your Payee Name in your BillPay homepage
- In the ‘Payee Details’ page, scroll down to Settings
- Click on ‘Add’ Payment Rules
- Select your Payment Frequency from the drop down
- Review & Confirm your payment
Reviewing total payment amount and scheduled payment amount
- Your ‘Total Payments Amount’ is located next to the ‘Pay All’ button in the ‘Payees’ section of your BillPay homepage
- Your ‘Total Scheduled Payments Amount’ is under your ‘Payment Calendar’ section of your BillPay homepage
To see all bills paid/payees:
- Select “View All Payees”
- Scroll down until you see the desired bill and select
Account History Updates
View/Export 12-Month Account History in Online Banking
- In your OLB Homepage, click on desired account
- On the Account History Page in Online Banking, follow the navigation path below:
- Filters > Choose Transaction Type > Select Date Range > Click Apply > Click the ⇓ icon(right hand side) to Export CSV or click the print icon to print.
