Fixed Rate Home Equity

Being a homeowner gives you the advantage of tapping into the equity that you’ve built up in your home over the years. This is a great way to finance home repairs, vacations, debt consolidation, and educational needs. Our Fixed Rate Home Equity product locks in a rate for the life of the loan. You may borrow a maximum of $250,000 for up to 20 years. Loans secured by your home’s value may be tax deductible. Check with your tax accountant.

Property must be located within a 100-mile radius of MPCU main office.
