Branch lobbies have re-opened!

Branch Update
Effective May 5, 2021 branch lobbies have re-opened for full-service transactions.  Please refer to our locations page for hours of operation. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  •  Everett branch lobby is still by appointment only while renovations are in place. Call 617-389-9000 for an appointment.
  • Mass Ave. Dorchester branch (open for Eversource employees only) is temporarily closed until further notice.

Protecting Members and Employees
Members Plus is pleased to welcome our members back into the lobbies. The safety of our employees and our members continues to be a top priority. Therefore, the following procedures have been put in place:

  • WE ARE LIMITING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED IN OUR BRANCHES. To adhere to mandated occupancy limits, you may be asked to wait outside until our lobby is available.
  • ONLY ONE GUEST may enter with each Member.
  • FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER. You will be asked to show your ID and lower your face mask briefly to be identified. Please note, that we are required to comply with any official mandates that require face masks in designated cities and towns.
  • HATS, SUNGLASSESS and GLOVES MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE entering branch.
  • PLEASE RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING of at least 6 feet apart while waiting for your transaction.
  • Employees will be wearing face masks to keep you safe.
  • Protective screens have been installed at the teller lines and in private offices.
  • Additional cleaning procedures have been implemented at each branch location.

DECEMBER 14, 2020

Branch Lobby Access by Appointment Only Beginning Monday, December 14, 2020

 After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members, employees, and the communities we serve, we have made the decision to once again close our branch lobbies and leave our drive-ups open beginning Monday, December 14, 2020.
 
Branch drive-up windows will be available during regular hours. Branch lobby access will be by appointment only.

Drive Up Windows
The drive-up windows at our Everett and Plymouth locations will remain fully staffed and able to process any banking transaction that you may require.
 
Stay Home When Possible
We encourage members to continue using online bankingmobile banking with remote deposit capture and phone banking to conduct financial services when possible.
 
If you don’t already have our Mobile App, download it for your Apple or Android device.
