Where are your ATMs located?
Our ATMS are located in Medford, Dorchester and Westwood. In addition, members that have a Members Checking Account with us have unlimited, free withdrawals from any SUM ATM.

Members Plus Online banking - How do I acccess my information online?
At the online banking sign on screen, you will need to enter your Member Number and your PIN. If you have not used Members Plus Online Banking before, just call 781-905-1500. Once you are logged in, you can pay your bills, check balances, schedule transfers, track withdrawal/deposits and much more!

Do you offer any type of credit card and/or debit card?
Yes, we offer a the VISA Check Card (debit card) when you open a checking account with us. We also offer MasterCard with one of the best rates around!

Online Banking - Why can't I transfer money to a family member?
In order to transfer money to a family member, you need to set up links their account. To set up the links, call or visit any of our branches.

If I have a Members Plus MasterCard®, can I pay my bill online?
Yes, you can. Just log into Online Banking from the main page of our website. Once you have access to your account, you will notice an option in the menu to access your Members Plus MasterCard information. You can view all transactions and also enroll in eStatements.
